Revinew set out to do something ambitious: take decades of hands-on commercial excellence consulting and turn it into a platform that SMB leaders and PE-backed teams could use to diagnose and fix the systems holding their growth back.

The Revinew™ approach was already proven in the field. What the team needed was a technology partner who could translate that expertise into a focused, well-designed web application that felt as credible as the consulting practice behind it.

Revinew approached Pieoneers to build the core of that platform, ReviAI. The web app allows clients to complete a structured GTM assessment and receive a prioritized, AI-powered readiness score across three revenue levers: Market and Messaging Fit, Sales Motion and Pipeline, and CRM and RevOps Health.

The challenge was twofold. The team needed a partner who could understand the methodology deeply enough to shape a product that genuinely reflected it. They also needed a partner who could ship something production-ready, not a prototype, that real clients could use from day one.

UX and Interface Design

With scope aligned, the focus shifted to designing an experience worthy of Revinew's brand and methodology. The assessment flow guides users through the three revenue levers with clarity and purpose. The results dashboard surfaces prioritized insights in a format that is immediately readable and ready to act on.

Full-Stack Web App Development

Pieoneers built the application on a modern, production-grade stack chosen for speed, scalability, and long-term maintainability. Next.js and Tailwind CSS power a fast, responsive frontend. Hasura provides a flexible data layer. Clerk handles authentication and profiles. Vercel delivers reliable, scalable hosting from day one.

ReviAI Scoring Layer

At the heart of the engagement was replacing Revinew's manual scoring with an automated intelligence layer. The platform processes responses across three structured questionnaires covering CRM, sales, and marketing maturity, then returns a benchmarked score and surfaces the top friction points holding growth back.

Subscription and Expert Connection Flows

The platform supports Revinew's commercial model from launch, with tiered subscription plans and a built-in path for users to request a session with a Revinew expert directly from their results dashboard. A beta communication layer helps Revinew recognize early adopters and manage onboarding.

UX Design & Prototyping

Web App Development & Deployment

With designs approved, the Pieoneers team moved into a focused build sprint. The core platform was built and deployed within roughly two to three months, with the most critical components live within a few weeks. This included the assessment flow, the ReviAI scoring layer, the dashboard, and the surrounding subscription and expert-connection flows. After launch, Pieoneers continued working with Revinew on a weekly cadence to refine the platform based on real client feedback.
